1. About PetCool

PetCool is a mobile application that helps pet owners discover locations, log outings, share memories, and participate in pet-focused rewards and community features. PetCool is for personal, non-commercial use only. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use PetCool, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your local laws).
• Have the legal right to agree to these Terms.
• Use the app for lawful purposes.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the app.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials private.
• Ensuring information in your profile is accurate.
• Any activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

4. Pet profiles & public content

Pet profiles on PetCool are public by default. Users may set individual profiles to private in settings. By uploading photos, videos, pet details, or outing logs, you agree that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• You grant PetCool a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content inside the app and associated services.
• You do not upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

You may delete your content anytime, except for system-generated posts (e.g., medals) which cannot be removed.

5. Subscriptions & billing

PetCool offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions — PetCool Pro and Pet Master — that unlock additional challenges, higher coin rewards, longer streak grace, and other premium features shown at the point of purchase.

• Billing: subscriptions are purchased through Apple and charged to your Apple Account. The price and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown before you confirm the purchase. We never see or store your payment details.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in your device’s Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep premium access until the current period ends.
• Refunds: purchases are subject to Apple’s payment terms; refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Changes: we may adjust subscription pricing or included features for future billing periods. Price changes never apply retroactively, and Apple will notify you and ask for consent where required before a higher price takes effect.

6. Coins & virtual items

• Coins and other in-app rewards are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
• We may modify, expire, or discontinue coins, rewards, and store items as the product evolves.
• Deleting your account forfeits any remaining coin balance.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to the PetCool Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and store your information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse app features.
• We are required by law or court order.

You may delete your account anytime.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as PetCool evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use PetCool after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
